Gozo Vacations is an independent informational resource designed to help visitors discover places, activities and practical information that may enhance a stay in Gozo.

Unless a page clearly states otherwise, Gozo Vacations is not a travel agent, tour operator, emergency service, public authority, medical provider or legal adviser. The site does not currently complete accommodation, transport, activity or product bookings through its pages.

A mention of a business, attraction, beach, village, transport service or public body does not by itself mean that Gozo Vacations owns, operates, endorses or acts for it.

We aim to make the website useful, clear and accurate. Gozo is a living destination and practical details can change without notice. You should confirm important information with the relevant official body or service provider before relying on it.

Maps, distances and journey estimates are indicative. Check the actual route, terrain and conditions before setting out.

Safety, water, police, consular, accident and emergency pages provide general visitor guidance. They do not assess your individual circumstances and do not replace instructions from emergency services, lifeguards, police, wardens, medical professionals, insurers, rental companies or public authorities.

The site links to public authorities, transport operators, weather and water services, local businesses and other external websites. Some pages also use embedded Google Maps. These services are controlled by their respective operators and may have their own terms, privacy rules and accessibility standards.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, prices, booking terms, conduct or performance of an external website or provider. Check the provider’s current terms before making a payment, reservation or travel decision.

Stock photographs and illustrative images may show a general destination or experience and should not be treated as a promise of current appearance, weather, access or availability.

Sending a contact form or email does not create a booking, agency relationship, partnership or other contract. We may choose whether and how to respond, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, its services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Changes apply from publication and do not remove rights that have already arisen under mandatory law.

If part of the terms is invalid

If a court finds that part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply so far as the law permits.
