2. Give your exact location, village, road, nearby landmark or live map location.
3. Explain what happened, how many people are affected and whether anyone is unconscious, bleeding, trapped or in immediate danger.
4. Give your telephone number, follow the operator’s instructions and do not end the call until told to do so.
